LWF Team Buliding

Bathing in the early morning sunshine, LWF team are on the way to the  place where a TB activity will be held. Actually the team members are  looking forward to the TB quarterly. The LWF TB is always colorful and fruitful. Especially this time, we have fireworks knowledge contest competition, the team group games that require team members collaboration tightly. In addition to teammates expertise, skills, all those TB activities tells us that as long as we are cooperated tightly, the problems can be solved easily and quickly.

TB is highly attentioned by the top leaders of LWF. TB is not only an ordinary activity only for fun. It is a test for the team's cooperation, unity, friendship etc. And the most importantly,  teammates'attitude to "go all out in work"can be tested during the process of TB.

LWF Team Buliding is held quarterly every year. All the staff including G.M Ma must attend it.

In order to benefit the physical and mental health of employees, exercise everyone's physical quality, improve the cohesion of the team, strengthen the communication and exchange of employees, enrich the amateur cultural life of employees, and cultivate the good quality of tenacious struggle and courage to fight,LWF decide to make a trip to Guizhou this holiday.

On this trip,We went to Wumeng Grassland with cool and pleasant climate, Huangguoshu Waterfall, one of the world's most famous waterfalls.We also went to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village,which has a profound Miao culture, Miao architecture, clothing, silver jewelry, language, diet, traditional customs.
